We had considered a deadline for paper submission until February 3rd, but due to many requests, we decided to extend the deadline to February 17th (two weeks behind the original schedule).
NEWCAS conference is the Regions 1-8 interregional flagship conference of the IEEE Circuits and Systems (CAS) Society and networking forum for worldwide engineers and researchers in the field of circuits and systems. NEWCAS 2021, scheduled on 13-16 June 2021 in virtual mode. A special issue of a collection of best papers will be selected to be published in IEEE TRANSACTIONS ON CIRCUITS AND SYSTEMS I.
